WE ARE

Beyond Boundaries was created with one reason for being – supporting Founders and SME’s on their journey from concept to the first £10M sales, with a particular focus on underrepresented individuals and teams.



Coming from a working class household with limited social capital, I was always driven to use highly creative approaches, and a hard graft, to advance my career at every opportunity and having spent 20+ years in sales and marketing in businesses as diverse as Nestle, Bacardi &  BrewDog and  many SME’s, I came to realise that the strategies I had developed and implemented over the years had delivered some truly game changing  successes.

Latterly, being part of the vibrant SME Food & Drink community has been an amazing and inspiring couple of years. However, it became increasingly apparent that I rarely encountered anyone who shared my intersecting identities. This realisation shed light on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, underscoring the necessity of addressing the many obstacles facing minorities, to promote inclusivity and opportunity within the industry, and so Beyond Boundaries Strategy was born. I have a particular focus on underrepresented groups but work with many great businesses that don’t necessarily fall into this category. Fundamentally I have to believe in and love what you do, and genuinely think I can add value.

Andrew was brought on to Foundervine's Food and Drinks Accelerator as an experieinced
mentor. From the start, Andrew demonstrated great communication skills. In addition to
being interested in the brands he took a keen interest in understanding the accelerator and
how he could build on the knowledge shared in the sessions in the consultancy time he had
with the brands going as far as attending some of the sessions so that he would be privy to
the knowledge shared with the cohort and know how best to support them. He took the time
to truly understand the business goals and challenges before developing a robust strategy
